Please follow these instructions carefully in order to prevent any delay in the process.
Lost Username or Password:
If you have registered your domain with Ouriran and you have forgotten your username or password, it can ONLY be sent to the domain's Administrative Contact email. You can find this email using Ouriran or any other WHOIS Search.
For the protection of your own domain, we have to make sure that you are the owner of the domain. If you have access to this email, please call our office +21-2263963/4 and be prepared to provide an identification (you might be asked to fax it for us if you are a new customer).
Lost Administrative Email:
If for any reason, you have also lost the administrative email of your domain, or you do not have temporary access of this email, since we can not change this email without the password, we have to reset the administrative email through Opensrs. In this case, please fax ONE of the listed documents to 001(416)383-1798, you can also scan and email it to Customer Support (The document should have the same name of the administrative contact of the domain shown clearly):
After we receive your fax and it is confirmed, it takes up to 4 days for email change. Then your new password will be sent to you upon request.
